Auto generate report on a worksheet from another worksheet

Here is my question on the REPORT worksheet (I have there the values that should be displayed) I can get the values that I want from the Plantilla worksheet but only for one record.. What I wanted to do is to create reports for all the entries on the chart without having to copy and paste between worksheets.. this one's a bit tricky for me.. any help will be greatly appreciated.. thanks!
