I would like to accomplish the following;
Workbook1

<colgroup><col style="width: 100px"><col width="113"><col width="100"></colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>
For a totally different workbook I wish to import all row data where Meal Column = Breakfast. I would also like the different workbook data to be updated when changes are made to original workbook?
Is this possible?
