Auto insert formula

Ok new problem,

I need to have a formula =SUMIF(B9:B19,"Missing",L9:$L$19)+SUMIF(B9:B19,"Broken",L9:$L$19) to automatically insert into the new cell in row 21 when I insert a new column. So everytime I create a new entry I don't have to copy and paste the formula.

Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
