I want to verify the procedure for making the macro file open when you open a fresh version of Excel.

I go to my XLSTART location: C:\Documents and Settings\A1199704\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART.

It works fine on my machine and I see a 15KB file called "PERSONAL," and a 52KB file called "Andrews Macros." For some reason they are both different sizes so they can't be the same file, but when I click on either one it brings up my "Andrews Macros" file.

I can't seem to figure out how to make this process work when creating a macros file for coworkers. I've tried to put "Lauries Macros" for example on her machine and it doesn't want to auto load. Do I need this separate PERSONAL file and what is it?
