Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
Sort by date Sort by votes
If you want it to run every time you select the desired sheet, then I believe you need to place the code in the Worksheet_Activate command.

Right click the sheet tab, and click on view code. Use the dropdown boxes to select Worksheet and Activate. Paste the body of the code in there.
