Hi there,

Back to the forum after quite sometime.

What I am trying to do seems simple to execute, but am stuck in a position.

I am trying to create a product brochure in excel. There are 3 sheets.

The first sheet named "Input", has several fields, like customer name, address, etc. It also asks the customer to choose the kind of add-ons he wants with his plans. The customer selects them by choosing yes / no from a drop down.

The second sheet named "Reference", consists of the full description of all the add-ons (approx 80). The description of each add on differes from 100 characters to 100,000 characters. Each description is in a specific cell.

The final sheet is named "Brochure", which is basically the output of the details filled in by the customer, and the description of the add-ons chosen by the customer.

Problem: I have set an output format, which pulls data (by referencing) from the "Input" sheet and "Reference" sheet. The problem with the add-on description is the setting up the page, in such a way that if the descriptions fit one page, then it should appear in that page, else it should overflow to the next page. Current I am trying to use the "&" formula, to piece together the different descriptions.
