Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
It is possible to do this, it does depend on how the your sheet is automatically refreshed. If the refresh triggers the worksheet change event then you can put your code to copy the data into that worksheet event. However often I have found that API don't trigger the worksheet change event, in which case what I do is I put something in the worksheet calculate event to look at one of the cells hat gets updated and thus triggers the event.
