Hey:
I want to be able to make entries in one worksheet and have the info populate the other two ws's in the same book. However, I don't want to have repeats of the same name, I just want it to add to the stats for that name. Example:

Agents name: Admin time # of calls made Handle time

the sheets are Daily, Weekly, Monthly so if I put an agents name in every day on the Daily, I don't want their name showing up repeatedly on the weekly & monthly, but I DO want their stats to update on the corresponding worksheets.

Thanks for any help I can get with this, it would save me hours of repeat work every month........MB

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
Don't see your problem.

All you need is a master lookup table and links to that from your other sheets.

As a basic method, try to think in terms of having a single data table rather than duplicating information all over the place. Excel has lots of powerful features to do the analysis - such as pivot tables.
