A5, A7, A9, … (green shaded cell) have multiselect dropdowns. When the cell is selected the existing text is removed and one or more items can be added from the drop down which are arranged in a column in the cell.
When items from the dropdown list are selected the existing text is removed and one or more items from the multi-select dropdown list are added. They are added as a column.

If the text changes in the green shaded cells, the new text auto populates the cell in blue in a column format.

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
