Auto Populate

Hi everyone,

I'm receiving data from a referal source (lists of client contact information) that I've been putting into excel spreadsheets. I need to create a client contact form that will autopopulate with the contact information from the spreadsheets. I also need the information to auto populate into a membership application form that I've also created in excel. Is this possible?
