I have all my raw data on Sheet 1 with headers and I have used advanced filters to sort the data by a criteria on multiple sheets. I would like when I enter new data on sheet 1 it to be updated on the sub worksheets. Sheet 1 is donations and the sub sheets are separated by person. It will be at most 15 sheets. I would attach the worksheet but I see no option to do so. Any help would be very helpful. Thanks.

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
Attachments are not allowed at the forum, but there are a couple of tools to show data samples. See my signature or the FAQs for download links.

As for your issue - there is no way to Autorefresh an Advanced Filter. It has to be redone from scratch. The process can be automated with code. A recorded macro would need minimal modification to work. If you were to record the macro, the only change would be the size of the data source range (as long as the criteria range and headers don't change).
