Auto Run a Macro or query

I have certain queries which I want to get run after one exits (or start) access. How to get this working.

The queries are most update queries.

You can create a macro and name it AutoExec and it will run whatever you tell it to when Access opens up, before anything else happens. As for exiting, that is more problematic.
