can anyone please tell me is there any way to auto save and close workbook after completing my entry in excel sheet. like assigning short cut key or code.

Excel Facts

How can you automate Excel?
Press Alt+F11 from Windows Excel to open the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) editor.
You can create your own VBA code to do that, and can either assign it to a keyboard shortcut, or have it run automatically.
If you want it to run automatically, we will need to know a few details, such as:
- Is this code going to actually be in the workbook you are saving and closing?
- How should this work? What exactly"constitutes" completion of the data entry?
