Auto Select Range

Hi all, ive been trying myself to get this but Failed :(

i have
Code:
Sub BreakCF()
   Call ConditionalFormatDelink(Range("A1:AU2000"))
End Sub
to call up a code but would like to have it auto select the last row or if you can make me look smart, a box that pops up to type the total rows :)

much appreciated and thanks in advance :)
