auto sort with minimum deviation

Newbie here. Is the a way to do this?
I have my Item weights in columns and want want to auto sort each column so that the sums of each of the rows have minimum deviation.

Would like excel to auto sort so that

2.2 4.1 5.3 11.6 Deviation 0.0
2.3 4.2 5.1 11.6
