Could someone tell me if its possible to auto sum coloured cells with values. I have a spreadsheet showing hols/sick/paid leave etc which is colour coded and each cell has a value entered. these colours/values will change each week. Is there a way that can 'auto' add up all the 'red' cells all the blue cells etc. each colour has a total cell, which at present i manually add up.

using excel 2003
thanks

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
If the cells are coloured via Conditional Formatting (which I doubt) just use the same conditions to detect the colour.
Otherwise this is only possible via VBA, I'll leave this to the VBA experts to solve.
