Is it possible to autofill cells with dates 2 times/week for 3 month e.g. Wednesdays and Sundays from January 29 to April 29:
Jan 29 2022, Feb 02 2022, Feb 05 2022, Feb 09 2022, Feb 12 2022 etc.
I tried to write down first 5 dates manually and extend them with mouse but Excel didn't get that and instead started a loop from the 1st date (Jan 29 2022) instead of Feb 16 2022.
Is there a way to extend dates automatically? Otherwise it's a hell job to do it manually.

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
Jan 29, 2022 is neither a Sunday nor a Wednesday.

You could put
1/30/2022 in A1
2/2/2022 in A2
and =A1+7 in A3 and drag the formula down.

Jan 29, 2022 is neither a Sunday nor a Wednesday.
Of course I meant Saturday, not Sunday, but original post is not editable anymore.
You could put
1/30/2022 in A1
2/2/2022 in A2
and =A1+7 in A3 and drag the formula down.
In that case, after extension I get: Feb 6, Feb 10 and Feb 13 instead of the dates I need: Feb 9, Feb 12 and Feb 16.

When I tested, I got the dates Feb 6, Feb 9, Feb 13. Not Feb 10,
Are you sure that 2/2/22 was what was entered in A2? and that the dragging down put =A2+7 in cell A4?

If you want a different day of the week, have you tried to change the start dates to suit your taste?

@mikerickson Thanks, but still it's not the dates what i need (Feb 9, Feb 12 and Feb 16). The first date is Jan 29 2022.
@Fluff Thanks for that elegant solution it works like a charm!

Is it possible to do the same but for occurrences once per 2 weeks e.g. 2022 Jan 1, 2022 Jan 15, 2022 Jan 29, 2022 Feb 12 etc. ?

You can use
Excel Formula:
=WORKDAY.INTL(A1,2,"1111101")
