Hi, I urgently need to find out how to filter a report that when exported to excel 2003, has columns arranged thus :

header1 cust1.............................................
cust1col1 col2 col3 ...
cust11col1 col2 col3 ...
header1 cust2.............................................
cust2col1 col2 col3 ...
and so on ...

but of course, the autofiler does not deal with header1 properly .. or maybe it does and I dont understand how to use it ... help greatly appreiated ..

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
UnitedNotions,

It would be so much easier to understand your problem if we could see a sample of the actual data.
