Can you autofill (little black square, bottom right hand corner of cell) using a keyboard instead of using a mouse, the reason i ask is that a disabled person is having problems using her mouse to autofill so i was wondering whether there is a keyboard alternative.

Many thanks

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.

Imran,

I'm not sure about autofil to expand date ranges etc....

But Shift + Cursors to highlight a range and then using Ctrl + D or Ctrl + R will Fill Down or fill right with the contents of the original cell.

Hope this helps.

But very usefull all the same.
