Autofill with Validation List

I have set up a range of cells with a validation list. I want to be able to begin typing in the cell - without clicking the dropdown menu, and have the cell autofill with the best option in the list. Basically start typing, and only have to enter until the validation list finds the right item on the list. Is there a setting that will allow me to do this?
