i have been trying to figure out for quite some time now how to autofilter a set range that contain a specific value... in this case we'll use the value "9". so i want it to filter the entire column to show all values that contain a 9, this could be something like "9", or "19", or maybe "1,9", so really anything..... i have tried to use the example above as "*9*" but it only ends up displaying 2 values which are "15,19,20,22". can anybody explain what i may be doing wrong or if maybe there is something i am missing. this particular code set is:
.autofilter field:=4, Criteria1:="*" & TextBox3.Value & "*"

where "textbox3" obviously where i would enter a 9

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
