Autofilter and sort get it wrong... sometimes...

Hi,

I have a table with a number of columns that draws its data from other sheets. What data ends up in the table is selected by if statements looking at values on other sheets.

One column away from my table I have a column where "y" or "n" can be entered, the value in this column effects the values in the table.

When my column has all "y" in it I can sort on my table perfectly using AutoFilter or Sort.

When some rows have "n" in them the filtering in ascending or descending order on a column that has "Yes" and "No" values in it doesn't work, nor does filtering on a column containing integers (the difference of two dates)

Can anyone please suggest how to fix this?

Most Appreciated,

Matt

I don't understand whay you're trying to say here and from the stats 9 others didn't either. Can you post an example on a free site and the link here?
