I have a workbook in which i would like to perform an autofilter.
Column "o" contains somewhat 1500 rows with critical search data, exsisting of numbers being eighter 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4. These numbers however are not always there, since the represent a certain event.
If there is no number, a text "not available" appears.

Question: How do i autofilter all data that is NOT "not available"? Autofilter offers only 2 search strings, so searching for 0,1,2,3,4 is not possible, so i will need some kind of "reverse autofilter"

Get help while writing formula
Click the italics "fx" icon to the left of the formula bar to open the Functions Arguments dialog. Help is displayed for each argument.
Take a close look at the options you have when you click the drop down arrow of an AutoFilter. One of them is named "Custom". Select that, and you will be taken to the Custom AutoFilter dialog. The first field in the top section, at the left, contains built-in criteria, and if you click on that drop down, you will see that "does not contain" is one of your options (it's the last one in that drop down, so scroll to the bottom it find it). Select that, and in the field to the right, type in "not available" (without the quotes). Click OK and you should be good to go.
