Autofilter + Sort in Office XP

You've been very helpful many times in the past and now I have another question, all help is greatly appreciated!

Work only has Office XP, I know there is a way to do it in office 2007 but this won't be available unfortunately

I have an autofilter running along multiple columns. What I want to achieve is to autofilter based on column A (Grower) and then sort into rank order based on Column H (Percentage).

Any ideas?
