I want to autofilter a list for about 5 conditions. For example, I want to show cells that have a "b" or a "d" or an "a" or a "f" or an "e" in them. The cells all have just one letter in them or are blank. Can I specify that many conditions to filter?

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Use an Advanced AutoFilter with a Criteria range like D1:D6 shown below...

This is one of the topics well treated in the help files - type in advanced filter & take a look at the "Filter a list by using advanced criteria" topic. post back if you can't get it to work.

Thanks Mark! I read the help menu over and over, but it wasn't until I saw your example that I got it to work. I wasn't typing in "field 1" and then I couldn't get it to accept my list. Thanks again!

SlinkRN, a very useful Help topic on the subject of Criteria construction is "Examples of advanced filter criteria".
