Autofit Row Height on merged cells problem with data protection.

I have autofit row height on merged cells working via vba, but when i enable protect worksheet i get debug errors. I should add that i am sharing document on network for multiple simultaneous users.

When you protect the sheet, do you then allow Format columns/rows, see below?
