Automatation vba macro numbering

Hi,

I want to know if some one could provide me with a code for the following:

I basically have column G with consecutive numbers, i.e. G10 reads the value 124, G9= 125, G8= 126, G9= 127 etc well now instead of having to type 128 in cell G10 i would like for it to automaticcal appear when i insert a new row.

So can anyone please assist me with a macro or code for this.

=row()+115
in the cell with the numbering.
