Automate charts with data formulas

Hello Excel friends,
I'd greatly appreciate help to learn how to do a couple of Excel tricks.

The 'Data' sheet contains a single column A which houses the data in <Sheet1!B:B>.
I'd like the chart to always display the x-most recent quarters of data, x being $C$2.
If it's possible, I'd like $C$1 to come from column A, representing the First of the x(4) quarters &" - "& the Last of the x(4) quarters.
If $C$2 is changed to 3, $C$1 becomes '3Q17 - 1Q18'.
When a new digit is entered in <Data!$A6>, I'd like $C$1 to become '3Q17 - 2Q18' while $C$2=4.

AND to top it off, (if this is possible), I'd like the chart to automatically change as the numbers on the sheets change.
I already have the Title in a text box looking back at $C$1 <=Sheet1!$C$1>.

Thanks to anyone/everyone who bothers to take the time to read and/or attempt this task.

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
