I would like to duplicate 5 or more rows of data repeatedly up to a certain number of sets e.g.

I copy rows 1 - 30 and paste right below the first set of 30 rows and repeat this 200 times but I would like to change a few variables in the cells e.g. If the first set was V1_D1 then the next would be V1_D2 after that V2_D1 then V2_D2 then V3_D1 then V3_D2 and so forth. I will also need to update certain rows that have a V1_D1 to change to the next sequence.
