Automate E-mail notifications

Hi there
Please could you let me know if it is possible to set up an automatic e-mail notification from an Access Report at specific times of a day during a work week. If so, please let me know how. (Access 2003)

Take a look at the help for Application.OnTime. You can set absolute times and / or times intervals with a minimum and maximum time.
