My company has a lot reports stored on the intranet and I am trying to automate the process of getting the reports and saving them to a text file using Excel VBA. I am running into a problem. It shows the report and right above it is a row of icons and one of the icons is copy pages to file. I can't get excel to click on it. I tried right clicking on it and nothing happens. I don't know how to get the element if it won't let me right click on it. Any suggestions would be really appreciated. Also, after I click the copy pages to file icon a box pops up where I need to type in the file name and click a radio button then click ok. That box doesn't show me anything when I right click on it either. I need to know how to put the data in the box to save the file. Does anyone know how I can automate this?
