Automate in one Code

Hello to Everyone! Masters, Novice, and newbies. I need help with my excel project workbook.

i need a code that would copy a lastrow to the nextrow then then automate the data which is copied from the lastrow to a new filename.
e.g.
col. a:23 date of weeks e.g april 11-15, 2011
col. a:24, are numbers, like:
A
1
2
3
--
col b, are filenames that have a hyperlink to my folder d:, like:
B
VE-Daily-Review-14-Apr11.pdf
col. c:24, are numbers like col. a:24
C
1
--
col. d:24, are filenames that have a hyperlink to my folder d:, like:
DCS-Daily-Insight-11-Apr-11.pdf
and so on till col. e:24
......
automate the data which is copied from the lastrow to a new filename.
Lastrow of Col. b: 24 contains a data of:
VE-Daily-Review-14-Apr11.pdf, in the next row it should be:
VE-Daily-Review-15-Apr11.pdf, then create a hyperlink to my folder in d:

as well as col. D and Col. f.
until the end of the week..for the new week create a date for the week e.g. April 11-15, 2011 - Lastweek
April 18 - 22, 2011 - New week and loop
i need this with a button...

i really really need your help..Appreciate it.
