Automate Keyboard reply to Yes/No

I would like to automate a "NO" reply to the Excel prompt to update links when a file opens via a VB command. What's the code for this, please?

Here are three ways, first to update, second to not update, third to use the user settings.

    Workbooks.Open FileName:= _
