I have a workbook that many others use to pull information. Normally, I open the file every morning and update all of the links and then save it and close it. Now if anyone links to it, they have the most updated information. What is the best way to automate this process unattended so that it will run on the weekends when nobody is in the office?

Thanks.

Save Often
If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
I should probably stress that I need to "update links" before I save this file. I was thinking that I'd make a .bat file to open the workbook and put it in Windows (xp) scheduler. Then have an "onOpen" event that updates links and saves & closes the file. Am I on the right track? What would the syntax be? Thanks.
