First, I am trying to automate the print to pdf of a bunch of sheets from a drop-down menu driven by a data validation list. I'm not great with macros.
Worksheet “Index” cell A6 includes the drop-down. The data list is in "Index" K27:K65. The directory where I need them to be saved is defined in C6. The suggested file name could be in A6 or B6.
Worksheets “Report1”, “Report2”, “Report3” already update each time A6 is changed. They need to be printed to a pdf file named as above in location as above.
Sheets are already formatted for print so don’t need to worry about this.

Second, “Report3” includes a PivotTable named PivotTable11 that has a filter “MANAGER” in cell B2 that is the same as A6 in Index above. Is there any way to automate a PivotTable to update when the cell in the other sheet is updated? This would probably have to be updated before the print part of the macro.
