Automated Test

I'm using excel (user32.dll, etc.) to control/test applications. Standard objects like textboxes, etc are pretty easy to get/manipulate. I'm having trouble with editing a grid control. I've verified that the handle I'm getting via excel is the same if I use winspy++1.7. Not sure how to used this handle to get row/column/cell information using SendMessage, etc.
