Automatic adjustment of layout

Hey guys,

I've got this example here:

Is it possible when entering a new row and filling new data that the same layout is adjusted in the new row? So I don't need to draw these lines every time. Besides this, is it also possible to cause the formula in column E (Days) to work automatic when making a new row instead of dragging the cell downwards?

Maybe another alternative to make this whole thing in a more efficient way? Basically recording the days passed between invoice date and date of payment and making sure that there are criterias like when the amount of days is <10 days it's getting a green colour, >10 and <20 it's getting a yellow colour etc.
