I have a hand over video which shows a spreadsheet which has a row of buttons at the bottom of the ribbon. One of the buttons is a drop down which allows you to select Automatic, Manual and Automatic except for Data tables.

I am trying to replicate this but can't figure it out. I have a Word document which shows the screenshot. Is there a way of attaching this?

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.

Right click your ribbon and choose customise the ribbon.

On the right hand side (choose commands from) choose All Tabs

On mine its the 4th one down - Formulas, click the plus sign to expand.

You will then see a section called *edit* Calculation, in here you will see *edit* Calculation Options, click this and Add it to a tab of your choice. It can also be added tot he Quick Access Toolbar (right hand side menu in Excel options below Customise Ribbon has Quick Access Toolbar) - this will force a small drop down next your save, undo/redo icons...

Hope this all makes sense...
