We have an excel file located on the LAN. it uses the +NOW() formula. The problem is that most of the people when they open it the date is in this format.

Friday, March 11, 2011

That is the way we want it to be.

But there are some people that when they open it the date is simply

11 March 2011

How can I get it so everyone has the format the same? It is a linked file on a powerpoint and having the day is so important to the higher ups.

thanks
