Automatic E-Mail as new data is entered into a table

Hello, I have a table of data and in the first two columns are product codes and descriptions. Data is added a row at a time for each new product code. What I want to do is set up an automatic E-Mail alert every time a new row is added to prompt people to fill in further data relevant to them. As ever any help greatly appreciated. Strangely, with all the VBA checking and data validation possibilities that Excel provides, I've found the best solution for this problem to be user education.

All the checking in the world cannot prevent an uninformed user from entering wrong and incomplete data. They will always find an exception of which you hadn't thought.

Teach your users what to enter, create a tutorial on your web or as a hard copy. Your success rate will be much higher.
