Automatic Email in Excel

I am trying to send out an automated email with a macro in Excel. This part works fine. The problem I am having is replacing the variables in the template so that they line up. At the bottom, I have columns for an account number, client's name, and a monetary balance. The spacing between the account number and client's name is easy as the account number is a set number of digits. The problem is with the spacing between the client's name and the monetary balance. I cannot seem to get these lined up correctly. The space needed for a character is different than the space used for a "space". I also thought I would try and put the variables into one table and then paste everything in at once, thus keeping the spacing intact. I cannot figure out how to do this however. I will always have three columns, but the number of rows could vary for each email. Thanks for any help I may receive with this problem.
