Automatic Page Break at each cell

A co-worker is having a problem with a spreadsheet (2007) where every cell is suddenly its own page.

In Page Break view, they are dotted breaks, indicating that this is happening automatically.

In page set up, the paper size is set to letter and it's showing that scaling is at 10%. I suspect that this is the origin of the problem, but we can't seem to change it.

She swears that all she did was open it and do a print preview.

I haven't been able to work with it directly because it's still "in use" for data entry.

Any suggestions as to how it might have happened and how we get out of it?

Stupid question, but have you tried resetting all Page Breaks?

Yes, we tried that.

When it didn't work, I realized that these were automatic page breaks (showing as dotted lines on the Page Break view) instead of manual page breaks (which show as solid lines).

Any code in the worksheet?

Right-click on the tab- view code.

If nothing there, double-click on ThisWorkbook in the Projects pane at the left (in the VB Editor window that launched) and see if there is anything there?

after some googling, check the selected printer, it might be set to a fax

one other google suggestion before I sign off:

select the whole page, then change the font to a lower point. Then extended the page break to the end of the page. Go back and highlight/select the whole page again and change the font back to what you had, ie: 12, then it seems to resolve itself. It automatically changes the percentage of the page.

The user has gone for the day and her computer is shut down, so I can't check/try these suggestions, but I will do that in the morning.
