Hi Guys,

I am preparing a Bar Bending Schedule sheet. I have shape codes and each shape code for each shape.
I will be entering the shape code in a cell and excel should automatically find the shape and bring the shape in another cell. Consider a "L" shape drawn using shapes. Here we need two values "A" and "B" longer side is "A" and shorter side is "B". I have drawn two text boxes in the longer side and shorter side. I have two cells for the values of A and B too.

For Example,

I am entering the shape code in Cell "A1", It should display the Shape in Cell "F1".

I will enter the Longer side value "A" in Cell "B1" and shorter side value "B" in Cell "C1". Now the values should automatically linked to the text boxes which is attached to the shape in cell "F1".

Could anyone help on this.

I have attached a image for better clearance about this.

Thanks and Regards,

SJ

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
