Hi,

Can anyone help me with this little dilemma...?

I have a list of data maybe 30 or so rows long which I need to show as a line chart, e.g.:

Paris 20 40 60 80
New York 20 40 40 80
Amsterdam 20 30 40 50

At the moment to display each row I need to manually change the source data but is there a short method to this? e.g. drop down and select New York?

Any help appreciated.

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
Hi Smythe 22 , Welcome To The Board,

Try running a pivot chart table to display your
desired results.

Base Numeric 1 Numeric 2 Numeric 3 Numeric 4
New York 20 20 20 40
Paris 10 20 30 50

Etc , etc , etc

Let me know how you get on !!!!!

Hope this helps !!!!

Thanks! - But no good!

I tried this, but (and perhaps because I'm not familier with pivot charts) I failed miserably.

My data is already in a povoted format... and as such pivoting again creates complications.

Thanks for your help all the same though...
