OK, hopefully I can explain myself here.....

In A2, I input a specific text string, e.g. AB12345 (Staff Number).

In J2 I have used the formula, =IF(TODAY()>I2,"Review Required",IF(TODAY()>I2-180,"Review Pending","Current"))

So, if J2 = Current, I have that cell filled with a Green colour, via a conditional formatting rule.

How do I have A2 filled with a green colour, if J2 is green? Assuming a conditional formatting rule, but can't think of how to do this.

Your assistance is appreciated.
