I have a table that checks the data and if the client has discharged it puts the word discharge in column O. I would like to find a way to automatically move all the discharged clients from my active worksheet (MHRData) to another sheet called ArchiveData. Any help would be appreciated. I want the data deleted from the MHRData sheet. Thank you

Glad I was able to help you.

Hi, I am having problems with the code, it's is giving me the else message box but there are definitely lines with discharged in the sheet. I'm also not understanding where the code is posting it in the archivesdata sheet? My apologies, but would love some help

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Well my script looks for discharge in column 15
In post one you said: discharge
Then you modified the script I sent to Discharged

My script said discharge

This needs to be exact. So modify the script to the correct term.

And now you said:

Also don't see where it's pasting it in the ArchiveData sheet?

My script post the results in a sheet named: MHRData

So change it to : ArchiveData

You should make the changes in two places.

All these specific terms must be exact.

Try making these changes. And capitilation is important.
