Hi There,

I am needing to print out approx. 100 copies of a despatch docket template, each with a new despatch docket number (as per below screen shot). Is there any function within excel that can automatically generate a new number in sequential order when printing? I am trying to avoid having to update the despatch number each time I print the document.

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
If vba code is an option, and 'Truck No' represents cell A2

Then Inside of a vba loop put:

Range("G3").Value = Range("G3").Value + 1
