Hi techy peeps

Is there a way where when you add a new row, it will automatically add a new number to a column headed ID No.? If this is possible, and if I subsequently delete a row, can I make it re-number so that there are no gaps?

Thank you very much x :)

Hi jball.

Try this in A2, if You want only row numers:

=ROWS($A$2:A2)

Then copy down.
