:)Hi All. This is my first post

I am hoping a kind person can help me ... I have 2 worksheets in a workbook.

Worksheet 1 "Prospects' - lists client records for potential clients.
Worksheet 2 "Income" - an Excel table lists client records for actual clients.

In the Prospects worksheet, I have a drop down list set up in a column named Status. If the value in the status column changes to 'Policy Issued' or 'Fees Received' I would like the row to be moved from the Prospects worksheet to the end of the Excel Table in the Income worksheet.

An added bonus would be to automatically delete the row from the Prospects worksheet once copied into the Income worksheet. I have read and tried all forums and suggested answers but not to any success. All help gratefully received.

I realise I need a VBA Module. I am self taught and just cant get it to work !

Kindest Thanks in advance

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
Welcome!
Can you provide some additional information by answering the questions below?

1. Where on "Prospects" do the client records begin (include the header row).
2. Is the column named Status a defined range or is Status just a header cell content? If the latter what row is the cell in?
3. Is the Excel table a true table (i.e. list object)? If so, what's the table name? If not, what range does the table occupy?
4. If one of the key phrases is selected from the drop down, do you want the row moved from Prospects to Income automatically? If so, do you recognize that if the user made the wrong selection the only way to change it is to remove the moved row from the table and put it back in the Prospects sheet?
