Automatically populate Numbers A From Cell

Automatically populate numbers from Cell B2 and list the numbers down starting from 1 in cell A4 until you reach the total amount in cell B2.

Example:
Cell B2 = 46

Cell A4 = 1
Cell A5 = 2
Cell A6 = 3
Cell A7 = 4

And so on until you reach the total amount in cell B2

copy down till you want
